It’s so yummy! And you can season it however! I like adding flaxseed/chia seed and nutritional yeast when seasoning it for an additional energy boost
First time using heart of palm as a plant-based substitute in ceviche! I’ve found that It’s great for replacing crab, shrimp, scallops, or other seafoods. Similar texture, but it doesn’t have a strong flavor so you can add whatever spice you want! I almost love it as much as jackfruit. I’ve also used it to make vegan Cajun “crab” cakes. 😋
